The Outreach Play and Pre-School (T.O.P.S), has been in operation ​since October 2011. T.O.P.S is a charter school that offers Play School ​and Pre-School classes for children from 15 months to 5 years ​providing educational services and learning opportunities that will ​prepare young minds for the journey of life-long learning. We have a ​welcoming, friendly atmosphere that is known for its nurturing ​environment.

Our mission is to provide high quality, ​affordable, and accessible early learning ​and child care programs to meet the ​needs of children and families in Anguilla.

Our vision is to create a secure and nurturing learning ​environment for children aged 15 months to 5 years ​within our local community. We are guided by the motto ​"Preparing Young Minds for the Journey of Lifelong ​Learning." Our primary focus is on fostering social skills ​from an early age, equipping your child with the ability to ​adapt to new situations, follow classroom rules and ​routines, express emotions verbally, and empathize with ​others' feelings. We believe that each child is unique and ​valuable, and our mission is to help them unlock their full ​potential through a curriculum that is both ​developmentally appropriate and challenging.

Please note that our Year 1 Pre-School class is currently full. Sign up for its waitlist.

A school year runs from September to the end of June of any given ​year.

The school year is divided into three school terms: Michaelmas /1st ​Term (September- December), Lenten/ 2nd Term (January – March) ​and Trinity/ 3rd Term (April- June).

Midway through the 1st and 2nd terms, there is a Mid-term Break ​where school closes for 2-3 days to allow pre-school students and ​their teachers to unwind, recuperate and prepare for the remainder ​of the term.
